Hello all,

My name is Douglas and I am passionate about traditional shaving. It has been an interest of mine ever since I was little and watched my father using a straight cut throat razor every morning.

I am still in secondary/high school and two years ago I decided that I wanted to start my own little shaving business. I've always liked being an entrepreneur and I've always loved traditional shaving so why not put the two together?

For the most part I've been selling my wares on my eBay store, but what I really aspire to do is create my own small shaving brand.

I want a brand that sells products that stand out, have an artsy quality to them and are very high quality, while not breaking the bank. I refuse to sell at the premium mayfair prices that many of my major London competitors do for two reasons. Firstly, I'm just starting out... how can I. Secondly and more importantly, I want to contribute to the renaissance of traditional shaving and men's grooming. I want to fight big mass market brands like Gillette by attracting younger audiences and to do that I need to have alluring prices.

We used to be able to call men's grooming an art, but now it seems just to be Gillette's finest muck in a can, suitable for everyone. I want to be part of the change.
