Does anyone know if Taylor of Old Bond Street Sandalwood cologne smell just like the Sandalwood soap?
Thanks.

Very close. The sandalwood soap has a hint of "soap" smell to it while the cologne is a bit brighter - at least initially. It is what I am using today! Love it!

Not exactly sure, but a good six hours I would guess. Ryan, I was concerned about that myself before I got it. I had a sample, I believe, and didn't think it lasted long at all. But then a wiser member of the forum said to put it on a wrist a bed time and see if you can smell it in the morning. I did and I could!

Does the cologne scent closely resemble the TOBS Sandalwood Cream? The sandalwood cream was too strong for me but the Aftershave Gel is much more mild, I love that stuff
Freddy, I think it is quite like the TOBS sandalwood cream, as well as the soap. If by "too strong", you mean face feel, then I think the cologne and aftershave are not as "strong". Sometimes the cream almost has a burn to it. But I like it anyway!

I put a splash from the bottle into one hand, quickly rub it with the other hand, then spread over chest and arms. How much is a splash? I guess whatever feels right; hard to tell from the bottle with the restricter in it. And if I think I don't have enough, I do it twice!
