If the Mods & Admins expect gentlemanly behavior when it comes to polotical threads, then why have I noticed signatures that are rather baiting in nature?

If you are uncomfortable with signatures, posts or private messages on B&B, please report them by clicking on the little triangle with a ! in it (lower left of each post). You could also send a PM to a moderator to deal with the situation.

The dictatorship here is a very benign and benevolent one. There are no net nazis among our mods. They enforce the rules when they must be enforced and don't necessarily go overboard with micromanaging things. You can complain about anybody's post or sig or nick or whatever, and it will get someone's attention.
