How do I insert my own HTML code into a post ? Is it possible ?

Hi, I wonder, if / how I can insert my own HTML code inside a post, something like:

<table><tr><td>cell 1</td><td>cell 2</td></tr></table>

?

If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you'll see a message saying if you're allowed to post html code or not. For me, it's written: "HTML code is Off".

OK, now the TABLE, is it possible to make a TABLE without any border ? same as

<table border=0 style="border-width:0px">

in HTML ?
