    Mederma is about 50$ over here. And the stuff I have heard about it for the most part is that it does not do squat.

    I had a scar a couple years back from a straight. I felt the blade get caught and tug, so I used hard force (bad noobie decision), the blade skipped and got me good. It bled for a while even after styptic and everything else. By now the scar has healed and it is barely visible. Time may be the cure.

    If it's really bothering you, you may want to see a plastic surgeon or a dermatologist.
