    I'm going for the 602 as this is the one recommended by most. I'll post back on my thoughts.

    Ok got my 602 yesterday and had my first shave. It certainly does destroy soaps. Needs some breaking in still but on the whole it creates a great lather. Did find it difficult however getting it to transfer the lather to my face. Any tips?

    Just give it a little time. Use it every other day and let it dry completely between uses. This will let the tips split. Once the Semogue boars break in, the are outstanding, combining soft tips with excellent backbone. You're in for a real treat over the next month or so.

    +1 Simpson polo... Does a good job loading soap and is a great brush for bowl lathering as it has a nice handle perfect for deeper bowls or scuttles. This brush is also a great face lathering brush ..very versitle
