    Default Speick: Stick or Cream

    Gentlemen,

I want to try Speick, but don't know whether to try the soap stick or the shave cream. I have never used either a stick or a cream, and so no matter what this will be a new experience. So, the question before you is whether one is superior to the other and/or whether one must be tried before the other. Thanks in advance for your input.

The only possible answer is: both.

Go with the stick just to try a shave stick. There are a ton of options for creams but more limited ones for sticks.
Please don't tempt me to buy anymore.

I second this motion. Both are fairly inexpensive and worth a try.

I'd say try both. They're cheap as dirt so why not. I've only had the cream so far and it's fantastic stuff! The stick is on my list.

This are excellent products but they got total different scents. The cream got that typical great Speick scent mixed with lavender and the soap smells really nice too, but cannot compare its scent with something else. You canīt go wrong buying both of them.

Sticks are excellent for traveling, so you can get it and throw it in your travel bag.

I have not tried the Speick stick, but the cream is fantastic. You will not be disappointed with the cream.

Used a Speick stick this morning for the first time (first time for any stick)
I liked it, nice scent, good lather, different way to apply soap. For the price its worth the experience

Both are excellent products, but the Aftershave Splash is the real star of the Speick line. I've gone through 5 bottles of the stuff, can't say that for any other AS.

Most gents here seem to prefer the stick. They're both very good but the cream burned my face and the stick doesn't so that's what I use. I grated the stick into a bowl after using it a couple of times. And as Cvac said the AS splash is outstanding.

Even though I am a soap shaver, Speick is one of the very few creams which is normally in my den. They are both great products and I will join the chorus to get both. It's a good way to save on shipping costs...

    Stick or cream? ...... Yes!
Speick is the ONLY product that SWMBO said "Ooooh, I like that!" without me asking her opinion. That counts for a lot

Buy both and just to be on the safe side buy the AS Splash as well. Speick has officially replaced Snapple as the greatest stuff on Earth.

If I had to choose one, it would be the cream. Spring for the aftershave splash as well...awesome stuff.

The stick is just absolutely fantastic. Nice rich lather provides great cushion and also excellent glide. The skincare is good and the scent is AMAZING!!!

You can buy it in most countries for about $6/50g stick (in Australia it is $11/stick which is very expensive but it's a great product!).

I can summarize the answers to this query as follows - and really every B&B member knows I am right:
    • 50% recommend the stick.
    • 50% recommend the cream.
    • The other 50% recommend both.
    • One person cannot help it and recommends a pucks of Williams.
