I got my sight unseen today and couldn't be happier.
It says 'Deckelmann Bros San Fransisco CA' on one side of the tang and 'BEAR' on the other.
With plain black scales, it's not fancy, but it has a no-nonsense, business-like feel to it I like.
Looking forward to my first shave with it.
