    Default Micarta PIF

There are many great guys on B&B, and this one is for Ryan, his screen name is different, and he can speak up if he wishes. Anyway as a "Thank You" to Ryan for sending me some micro fasteners, I would like PIF some Vintage Micarta. It should be enough for a couple razors. Apply quickly as I'm heading back to the cabin as soon as the weather clears up, and tomorrow is looking good. I will use random.org.

This is the thread with my poor attempt with micarta http://badgerandblade.com/vb/showthr...46#post4237946

    Cheers!

Great PIF I am in since you are in Canada as well :D
I'd love to try Micarta and your scales are beautiful you could cut it up so there is enough to do one set of scales for multiple people?

I'm in unless it's coinada, I've been working with regular local woods and haven't gotten around to playing with micarta yet. You said it was vintage micarta? May I ask what it was originally for?

Well since it is NOS and I made scales with it, I guess you could say that originally it was used for making Razor Scales

Out side of that I think it had many uses, often as an non conductive material around electronics.

I am, have a bunch of blades that I want to start restoring. Great PIF, and a great looking razor.
