I haven't nicked myself in two years. But then I don't use both hands so strongside weakside isn't a problem. What have I learned in 15 years of SR shaving? 1) get three of more razors. I always give my razors AT least24 hours to breathe before I strop them. THis lets the edge set and keeps me from putting burrs in the blade when I strop. 2)Your blade can NEVER be too sharp. In fact, if you are cutting yourself it is because your blade is too dull and you are using too much force to push your blade through the hair.

As for technique, I have found that I can comforatably orient the blade to shave both sdes of my face without changing hands. Maybe I should post my technique.
