For me, DE 89 is one of the best modern razors, chops of 2-5 day growth with no problem when its loaded with a Feather Blade, As far as everyday shaver I'm more of a every other day shaver, I would think that for every day shaving, "Since hairs are so short" adding a Shim would make it easier to cut those short stubbles with more blade exposure?

Now how do i get a the blades out of a sealed blade bank? LOL.
