Sometimes B&B Doesn't load

The problem just happened to me a few minutes ago. Every site that I have open runs fine, just B&B doesn't load and I get a generic error page that chrome could not find B&B. Am I alone?

try putting some hot water on it while you shower to soften it up. soak your key board too. but shake it dry before you type.
