Default Is this one of the most handsome pens alive today>? Group buy?

If I can get a few people together- I may be able to get a discount on the 700.00 price.

CS lever filler? In Ebonite? Wee bit out of my league, though.

Beautiful. Nice to see levers in a modern pen.

See what you guys have done to me?

Just saw this the other day as I was browsing the Akkerman site. A Parker Duofold throwback.
A bit steep for me at 1000 Euros.

Those are out of my price range, even with any plausible discount. It does make me wonder if anyone will come out with an affordable modern lever pen, though. Not that there's anything wrong with my vintage ones.

I'd think an affordable modern lever pen would be relatively easy to do (compared to say an affordable modern piston filler or vacuum filler). In fact, I'm wondering if there is an eyedropper from India that could be relatively easily retrofitted with a sac and lever.

To me, it would be more handsome without the extra gold rings which put it a little over the top.

Now if they would base a lever-filler on the Churchill (big pen on the right) it would appeal to my more traditional sense.

I'm still trying to find a Big Red Duofold without having to drop Hundreds of Dollars. But Jim and Doug, those pens are NICE!

Oh, you mean a group buy I thought you wanted a bunch of folks to go in on buying one and then do a time share with it.

The one in the pic is chased black resin but hang onto your hat, there was a red ripple ebonite Churchill and guess what? It's a lever fill.

I wonder if its still available? Their site is very counter intuitive. I personally would never spend $$$ on an acrylic pen, precious resin or not, hahaha.

On the Churchill page, they have a dropdown to select level fill instead of cart/converter.
