    Ohh...I forgot to mention

This nib does have a little bit of flex for those of you that prefer that type of thing :)

Mine can go from EF-M with flexing

Very nice! Now I am kicking myself for not getting in on this. Especially after not being too happy with my Big Red Duofold. It's just not doing it for me...

Last night I stumbled across a youtube video from fountain pen geeks from February I think, the Los Angeles pen show, they spoke to a rep from Conway Stuart about the Marlborough. All the models were on display.

I need to vent. Im really torn about possibly returning the pen for a nib swap to medium. The fine nib it has now is so smooth, and lovely, but I am afraid it might be a bit too thin. Then again, I am afraid if I go up a size it might be a bit too wide. Such a conundrum.

Well, if you send it back and get the medium and think it is too wide, if you really had to, you can send it to a nibmister to have it ground to a finer point, right. Worth a shot, rather than not being happy with it.
That happened to me when I bought my M800. I ordered the fine nib, when it came, the nib was very smooth, but way too fine! Thank God they let me swap the nib for a Medium!

Just get another one! With it a LE you could her your money out of it in a few years. Isn't that the B&B way? When in doubt, get both!

    Hello happy Bladed-Badger people! :D

I don't usually post here - don't want to upset the delightful forum ecology you have here with my unpleasantness and all - but I really must ask:

Have any of you folksies who have ordered this nice looking modern Conway besides IsaacRN received it yet?

And, perhaps more to the point, have any of those who have received their pens had any problems with it? (of any nature at all - and, for that matter, any problems with any modern Conway Stewart at all?)

I'm very, very close to making a decision on an imminent significant pen purchase and, well, the Conway is I'm afraid slipping into last place (for various reasons), so I thought I'd ask around here for some different views from those from my usual haunt *coughFPN*coughcough.

    Thank you!
