I've been struggling lately with painful shaves followed by a lot of irritation and bumps the next day if I try to get too close, so rather than going for the BBS look, I've been going for the "acceptably smooth" look, especially while my face heals a bit.

Call me crazy, but this was actually a very comfortable shave. Not the closest I've ever had, but no irritation at all. Heresy, you'll say, I'm sure
