Just testing to make sure my post count is accurate. I added a reply in a Marketplace sub forum but didn't see my post count increase, nor did it subscribe me to the thread.

kudos for using the proper forum to test, and not in GENERAL SHAVING.
well done. and like cb said, only certain threads count for post count. most of them, but not the BST, test area and i guess a few others

To do a thorough test, you should also do something rude & obnoxious to see what happens when one of your posts get deleted.
Note that the main forum page says there's 4,059,280 posts, but the last post number is 4,208,658, which means 149,378 posts have been deleted. Or maybe that's how many are in the clown house that aren't counted.Last edited by SiBurning; 06-15-2012 at 08:45 PM.
