    Default FUME soap from bestshave.net?

FUME soap. Funny name I know. It has a couple of good reviews on the bestshave.net site but was wondering if anyone here on B&B has tried it out.

I have not tried it but I have seen a review that was posted in the first part of May. Just do a Quick Search using the word "Fume" and it along with other post regarding fume will come up.

I haven't tried it, but Shaveabuck.com carries it as well.

It's probably cheaper from Shaveabuck since (last I checked) he still had the free shipping deal.

Pretty good stuff. Outperforms almost everything in the price range. When you think about how much you get its cheaper than Williams and it's much better. Get some from shaveabuck. While you are at it get some figaro as.

Yep, $7.00 shipped for 300 grams of soap from ShaveABuck.com. Pretty darn good deal.

Great, luscious lather, wonderful lavender scent, but unfortunately it irritated my face so I PIF'd it. I hated to see it go.

As far as I'm aware there are two types, Cool and Lavender. I've only tried the Cool and I'd personally put it in the top bracket of soaps. It's as good for me as anything else i've used. Not a strong scent, but that's ok for me. It smells fresh and clean. I have a Lavender on the way from bestshave.net at the moment.

The lavender has more of an "Old Granny Lavender" scent IMO than a pure, fresh lavender. The soap is good but by my 3rd pass I get a bit of a tingling/burn sensation. This is the first product I've experienced that with.

Fume does generate a great lather, no matter what brush is used. However, like some, it did leave a very, very slight tingle/burn during my shave. It's nothing that would make me not want to use it though. The value of Fume really can't be beat.

I am using Fume Cool and it works fantastic. I am not very advanced and experienced with writing all details but at this moment it is my favorite.
I used(test):Cella,Omega,RR and in my league this one is a champion. Still waiting for Proraso.
It is cheap and if you don't like it I'll buy from you (Cool version).

thank you 5savages for the INCI....the ingredients isn't so good but not so bad for the price.
For the scent, for me important is that it smell of lavander(not importance if it's a fresh lavander or smell like essential oil or old other...but something of lavander)
i have seen that the burn during the shave is an effect found by some people...
After this words....i think that i'll buy a fume lavander and a a brush n.6 from bestshave (perhaps a stick of Arko for cuoriosity toward this famous/economical soap)
