I have Semogues and Synthetics (http://wiki.badgerandblade.com/User:Wimbouman).
Cannot go wrong with the 1305 or the 620 indeed.
But the black fibers are also a very good option.
They are considerably softer than the silvertip fibers.

Have a nice day!
I have the Muhle synth and the 620. I like them both for face lathering, but the 620 is stiffer then the Muhle, so if that is your goal, the 620 is not the answer. I recommend something along the lines of a simpson Duke 2 best, something in best or 2 band with a medium knot and loft, say 21-23 an 42-48mm. For me though, my 620 is my favorite face latherer atm. My Thater 49125/0 is also great, quite soft tips but enough backbone to load hard soaps and lather it up on your face. However, the Muhle works great for me as well.
Thank you for your suggestions srmd22.
Do you have the black fibre or the silvertip fibre?
Thanks.
-Michael.
Hi all.
I have decided to buy two brushes- the Semogue 830 and the Muhle 31M316 black fibre synthetic.
I will keep you posted on how they perform for me.
Thanks for all your suggestions.
Cheers- Michael.

Both are great brushes. You will enjoy them immensely for many years to come. Well played sir.
