    Default Good Goulet service ...

    (... again.)

I placed an order a few days ago, which included a sample of Liberty's Elysium. (I saw that the full bottles were sold out but the samples were still for sale, so I figured I was getting the last few drops ... ) I really wanted the sample, BTW.

Anyhow, I got an e-mail from a "Mr. Loompa" (I think his first name was Oompa, but I could be wrong) telling me that the L-E was actually sold out, and offering me options (remove it from order & deduct price, substitute sample, hold order until new ink supply arrives) ... so my order is on hold until the new shipment arrives.

Now, a lot of places would have just filled the rest of the order, shorted the missing product, and given me a refund for my $1.25 or whatever. And I'd have been choked about not getting what I wanted. But these guys went the extra step to chat with me and find out what the best course of action is.

... keep up the good work.

(BTW, there is a reformulation of L-E in the works, to try to make it more waterproof. No time estimate on when that ink will be ready.)
Be there or be square. Only I can do both!
I've got a cat named Beefeater and a dog named Beefeater, and two goldfish called Beefeater and Beefeater. There's Beefeater my hamster and Beefeater my horse, and my piglet, known as Beefeater of course.

Precisely the same thing happened to me. I decided to put my order on hold as well, and a few minutes later decided to upgrade to a full bottle of LE. Can't wait.

They're stellar with their support. I've had great experiences with them.

I love the bottle of LE that I have. I think you guys will enjoy it too. I'll be interested in a more waterproof version too. But I don't have a lot of need for that at the moment, so I'll just continue to use the bottle I have :)

Gotta add my praise. Alex really fixed me up when I bought the blue ink sample pack and they didn't have one of the brands in stock. Plus she "made" me buy an italic nib for my safari, when she wrote a little personal note on my invoice with the 1.1 nib!!

Glad to hear everyone's good experiences!

As for the LE ink, our next shipment is arriving tomorrow. This will be the 'original' formulation. The new one is probably a few weeks away. Thanks for your patience!
