This is actually more then anything else a study in frustration.
I love this type of frameback, found a blade dirt cheap, made some nice customs cales & while setting the bevel discovered that the metal was rotten thru & thru.
Pitting was waaaay worse then what it looked like once buffed & polished.
So after finally realizing that this blade would never shave again I took my frustration out on it & noticed that I could actually fold it over with my bare hands.
It also shows just how soft the frame is on these & why it's a great idea to tape it while honing.
