I always shave immediately after my shower and I always shave in the nude.

Only use cold water throughout the entire shave and I shower after the shave.
I have been doing this even before switching to a de. I however don't shave after a shower I strip down just to shave and then I put my clothes back on when I'm done. I find no issue with this but it was a bit awkward to do when I lived in the dorms at college. Luckily I lived in a suite type dorm so the only 7 people could walk in on me shaving nude. The only locks are on the stalls.
I dont care about hairgrowth-patterns I just shave n-s. s-n. dfs-bbs every time. and it takes 10min. and nude.
I started palm stropping. Never noticed a difference in the shave, but its part of the blade change ritual. 5 per side for all you counters out there.

you guys are hilarious.
I always shave after a shower, clothed, then start the lather on the right side of my face, then left. I think this is because I'm right handed though. nothing quirkier than usual. I do smell my soap before I lather it, if that counts.

It's all good, even when it's not.
My quirkiness is with creams. I don't let my brushes touch the cream inside the container. The cream must come out with a metal spatula (like in chemistry lab) and go into a bowl for lathering. I'm OCD that way. I did cave in with Razorock King Louis and applied the brush directly to the soap, but looking back this is more of a soft soap and doesn't count as a cream. Therefore, I'm forgiven.

My quirk is that I will shave one side of my face with one side of the DE razor and then the next side of my face with the other side of the razor before I rinse the razor. Then I shave my chin with the side I used first, rinse the blade and then shave my neck with both sides of the blade. I will then rub my fingers over my face for stray stubbles, relather and shave again starting with my neck and working up.
If all goes well, and there is no blood and my skin is silky smooth, then I sacrifice a virgin by throwing her into a volcano. Seems that there are not too many virgins in my neighborhood anymore.
Always have a towel draped over my left shoulder, even when using a DE.
Brush my teeth, set my clothes out or buff my shoes after lathering for the first pass to give the lather time to work
got to be a joke. "cardboard"??? if it was real it wouldnt be cardboard.
same here. my strop is high up too, so if i lather before i strop the lather can tend to get as low as my collar bone.
i will bring shorts with me, but if i do forget... it happens.
if i am DE shaving i will shave one half of my face with one side of the blade and flip the razor for the other side. OCD about one side getting more action than the other.

I usually shave at 4 a.m., check in at B&B, then go back to bed.

I shave the side/top of my head, then my face, then the back of my head. Feels out of whack if I change it up.
After I shave I rinse my brush, dry it on a towel, and then sculpt, mold, caress (I don't know what to call it) the brush into what would look like a full bloom. Looks better that way in the holder. Kind of dramatic, you know.
I'm feeling my age; dropped my razor 3 times last month and didn't hit anything.
I normally give myself a 3 or 4 pass shave but only do under my nose once or twice...This is not a routine, it's mere forgetfulness even though I'm looking directly at myself in the mirror!
