Why can I not see the photo in this thread?

When I click on the thread there is not photo to view in the first post, even though there should be one for me to view. I've seen this before in other threads here as well....

Probably because you can't access the URL: https://p.twimg.com/AuuCQYTCIAABgoB.jpg
Perhaps because the domain (twimg.com) is restricted, or perhaps because secure HTTPS is prohibited where you are, or it could be blocked at either your end or their end (by the isp, even).
