    Default Swedish Razor of Death

    Well since Jens made such a nice video for me, I thought I'd repay him the favor.

    The edge Jens put on the razor after he rescaled it, is insane. It's very sharp but amazingly smooth. Perfect in every way.

    So here's the video. I did nick myself right under my nose. Wasn't paying attention :D

    Nice vid. Not quite as shocking as seeing the carpet coming off his face.

    Seriously dude, I laughed so hard at that comment I woke up the kids (10 pm here)

    Thanks Michiel for the nice words, it was a pleasure working with that sweet, sweet blade!
    The Heljestrand MK's are one of few blades were I feel they actually have even more to give past the 0.025µ compound. If there were finer, they'd take it!

    For the record I took it thru the following progression;
    Shapton Pro 1,5/5/8/15K, 0,3µ AlOx lapping film on glass, 0,125µ CBN on balsa, 0,025µ poly diamond on nanocloth & final stropping on clean kangaroo on glass.

    I have to ask - what's the soundtrack?

    BTW - thanks for the vid, as a relatively new SR shaver, I picked up a couple of grip tips her that I'm going to have to try.

    That's just a CD playing in the background. My favorite band too :D

    The Levellers live at the Royal Albert Hall.

    First song: Pale Rider
    Second one: Death loves Youth

    Careful while swinging that blade around - you might split some atoms and start some chain reaction
