Does anyone carry a pocket book?

I carry a Moleskine with me everywhere. For appointments, calendar, etc, I use my smart phone. Generally, I wear 5.11 tactical pants every day and the Moleskine and phone each get their own pocket and are easily accessed.

I do. I use Mead flip over pocket books from Walmart. OK quality. I do have a Moleskin...but it's too pricey to use these, I find.
