    Default B&B Newbie

    Hey guys,
New to B&B but not de shaving. Been using de razors now for about 5 years but only over the last year I've been working on perfecting my shave.

I also want to say thanks to everyone at B&B for wealth of information that's helped me loads.

    Cheers guys!

Well I was using the good ol' pocket killing cartridge razor and it got a little too much for me, then my brother introduced me to de shaving. My first de razor was the plastic wilkinson sword and then a basic lightweight plastic and steel de then eventually to Edwin Jagger de89bl. I now also use a Gillette ladies blue star. I use derby blades.

As for the soaps/creams I rotate between palmolive cream and stick, tabac shave stick and erasmic shave cream.

I did try a straight razor once back in January but feel I'm not quite ready for that leap just yet.

    Hi Marco,
The brush I use is an Escali best badger that a I bought of Amazon back in January for £11. I've had it almost 6 months and it hasn't let me down yet. Holds a decent amount of water and creates a nice lather.

I bought it because I was on quite a tight budget and was a massive step up from my previous bristle brush.
