    Default Lutwyche

Anyone know anything about Lutwyche / Lodger shoes? I find myself rather taken with this one:

I loves me a nice wholecut.

... never heard of that brand, though. (I mostly pay attention to the English ones ...)
Be there or be square. Only I can do both!
I've got a cat named Beefeater and a dog named Beefeater, and two goldfish called Beefeater and Beefeater. There's Beefeater my hamster and Beefeater my horse, and my piglet, known as Beefeater of course.

You were the one person I'd hoped knew something about them. They are English but a newer company with a fashionable Mayfair address.

I do like that shoe. Very smart looking. If I were still wearing suits for work (they have me locked in a lab now where it really doesn't matter) I would look towards a pair.
    Laser fitting huh?

Gaziano ... Italian shoemakers in England? Still, I'm hoping an unknown, uber-rich relative leaves me his/her estate so I can stomach a pair of John Lobbs.

Those shoes at first look a bit dull, but after a few seconds when you realise how good the leather must be to accomodate that kind of cut, it becomes more impressive. They look very narrow-fitting though. You'd need to make sure the rest of your ensemble was up to the task I feel.

It does have a nice appeal :-) Simplicity at it's best!
