Now, I really thought I had cleared out my den, and would only add three supposedly "must have" items. One out of those I am selling, the I Coloniali Mango Shaving Soap by J & E Atkinsons.
This soap is considered a legend by many. International forums tend to discuss it as "the divine". The soap you cannot pass. The best. One soap to shave them all.
I wanted it, I ordered it, I tried it. And sorry, I did not care for it.
Neither its scent nor its lather seems awfully "divine" to me. On the lather, they told me this soap needs good soaking and, I am quoting, will go through the roof. That might be true, I did not soak it at all when trying. A wet silvertip badger brush was all. But being spoiled by out-performers such as Arko and Palmolive for a fraction of the IC-price, I am not willing to go the extra mile... well inch... to get some decent lather.
Long story short: up for sale is the IC Mango in a terracotta bowl, used once, with original box.
Please be aware that the original container shows four divine glue marks due to the stickers holding the lid in place when the container leaves the divine factory to be sold for a small fortune.
Given that this stuff is quite costly even over here, I would politely ask for 29 US$, plus 5$ for international shipping as a letter.
A down-to-earth surprise will accompany the divine soap.
