    Default Cream Problem Solved

So I have a ton of crams and aftershaves. I have so many because A. I love to have a variety. B. I layer and like to use the same products aftershave with its cream and not mix products. And C. because I have creams for summer and for winter.

I live in a climate that see’s all 4 seasons, but has what I would call brutal summers with humidity that’s insane. So I have product for what I would consider summer and product that I consider winter/fall/spring product.

Recently with the heat I ordered some mentholated product and it’s just the cat’s pajamas here in the summer. But I only have one or two mentholated products so it gets boring for me with my love of different scents. So I started mixing my mentholated product with creams that I thought would complement the scent. Works like a charm. Moreover, using a mentholated / alcohol based aftershave first and then waiting a bit and putting on a balm works like a charm as well!!

So the conclusion for me is this; buy some non scented mentholated cream and aftershave and bingo – mix it with anything you like and you are good to go with the stuff you have in both winter and summer.

It might not seem revolutionary lol – but with my collection of creams and aftershaves is bursting at the cupboard door… It’ll save me not only some space, but might also ensure none of my creams dries up and hardens as summer drags on lol!

Just thought I would through that out there for any of you guys in the same situation.

Funny, today I tried using proraso pre/post in conjunction with cella and, even though it sounded like a strange combo, it smelled and felt wonderful!

One of my favorites is Bigelow with KMF Key Lime. Awesome lather and the light menthol goes well with the lime.

Have now used Speick and Musgo Real in a mix - and WoW, just WoW, this stuff is fantastic together.

Also blend Castle Forbes Lavender with Penhaligon Endymion to get a more creamy less dry lather, works great.
Do the same with Castle Forbes Lime and Penhaligon Blenheims Bouquet, smoother lather, better shave for me with my hard water.

Can also recommend blending Proraso Red with DR Harris Arlington and AOS Sandalwood - magical stuff :)
