Just used Arko Cool today and have to change my post. While it does have the menthol feel etc., it does have a soapy smell above any menthol or eucalyptus smell.

TOBS Jermyn St. Cream has a very clean, soapy scent. I think it's marketed for sensitive skin, and I can't discern any added scent.
