    Default Help me Identify This razor please

    Well this is kind of odd I'm stumped on this one. I have tried to research it but it doesn't make any sense. It def feels like its aluminum and has marcas regs. on it but when I looked that up they usually say it has made in England on it but this one does not. I'm also not sure of where the box fits in to the equation I'm thinking its just a box someone put it in. Any help would be appreciated.
