    Default GNC products

    Hi fellows...
I've been working out and watching myself for a couples of months (well actually I get an hernia surgery, and that pushed me to try to keep my self on shape again) and I already lose the beer muscle and some kilos (sorry, we don't use lbs around here).
A friend at the gym recommend me to use some GNC products: some fat burner and some CLA to help on the weight loss... the question is if anyone of you knows this brand and their products... are their safe? are their good? useful at least?
    thanks

Biggest thing is going to be diet and excersize. Any of those weight loss pills will have minimal results and not really worth the extra money for them. You may possibly lose up to 4lbs more in a month if a pill actually did work for you but chances are you will not lose any additional weight other than what would naturally come off with proper diet and excersize. The cost and what the pills do to your body are not worth the effects it will have on you. There are no magic pills out there and most are all some type of clever marketing to make you believe they will do more than the pills actually will do. I suggest trying it the old fashioned way with proper diet and excersize first.

Agree and disagree. Proper nutrition and exercise is first and foremost, but there have been a few known and proven fat burners. The problem with a lot of them is they enter the mass market, become abused and/or not taken properly, then the fda jumps in. If youre not used to stimulants, I'd stay away from them. You're only a couple of months in. Give it an honest and dedicated year. If after that youre still interested, I can lead you in a cheap and proven direction.

As far as GNC goes, I can't attest to the quality of their products, but I will say your money is better spent elsewhere. They are very well known to be overpriced, and I've heard they give stipends to their staff for pushing certain products. I've been to one GNC in the last decade or so because I was stuck on a base for three weeks with no other option.
