Default Say what you will about Tweezerman, but they do stand behind their products!

Earlier I had posted that my Tweezerman shave brush had the bristles pop out of it after 3 weeks. Well I sent the broken brush back to them and they immediately sent me a brand new one. I did find out from some of you guys that I had not been properly caring for the brush and that probably caused the knot to pop. So I now have a brand new Tweezerman and if I end up poping the knot on this one I will take the advice I was given and epoxy it back in. I am pretty pleased with the service of the folks at Tweezerman, and for the price I think they make a pretty good brush. So if anyone was wondering whether or not Tweezerman would honor their lifetime guaranty, they do!

Gotta say, I'm a happy tweezerman owner. I don't own any others, so I can't compare, but tweezerman gets the job done!

Tweezerman is a good brush for the money. I had one for a while but I sold it as I did not use it enough to warrant keeping it. It was a nice entry level badger brush though.

I own a tweezerman. It is not my favorite brush, but it is a consistant performer and realistically, I wouldnt even consider it fair to compair it to my kent or other British silver tip brushes. It is an amazing brush for the position in the market it fills, Not everyone wants to spend big bucks on a brush. I like mine for travel, and if this ever goes the way of the dodo I would get another.

I like my Tweezerman a lot. It's not the best brush I own, but it's cheap and does a good job. I tend to use mine for travel and on hard soaps.
