Takami (Tensui) kamisori - Ask around in the Straight Razor forum and you'll be hard-pressed to find a better value. His razors sell for $245 online.
The razors look like these. They're made of Japanese White steel. There are ones made of Swedish steel but they're cost prohibitive.
