    Default Newb Checking In

I've spent the last few weeks lurking on here, and figured it was about time to say hello. I've been using a brush and soap to lather for several years, but just recently made the jump to DE. After lurking on here for a bit, my technique is now light years ahead of where I began. My current collection is pretty small, but I can see that being on here will change that pretty fast. Current arsenal includes:

    Proraso pre/post shave cream

    Razor - 1940's Super Speed
Still trying out blades, but so far 7 O'Clock blacks are my favorites.

    Brushes:
Rooney ?? Super Badger - this was a gift, so I'm not exactly sure which model it is, but its pretty big. I'll try to remember to put a pic of it up.
Edwin Jagger medium silvertip - faux horn

    MWF soap
TOBS Eton College shave cream for uberlathering

After only being on here a few weeks, I've now got a Simpson Wee Scot and a bottle of Floid Blue on the way as well. DE shaving is supposed to be less expensive, right?

Nice collection of stuff. I like the 7 O'clocks, too. I have an SS that I use for touch ups and for shaving my head when I'm in a hurry - I likes.

Welcome aboard! Nice you joined the board!

As for you question... yes, it's supposed to be... as long as you have just ONE razor, ONE brush.....!!!

Welcome to Badger and Blade. Most of us here have a foible for a certain part of our shaving kits (be that brushes, razors, soaps, after shave etc) but if you are really lucky you may even begin to collect Acquisition Disorders!

I agree with a previous post. I'm enjoying my AD quite a bit. It's a lot cheaper than some of the other"hobbies" I have in the last many years.
Wishing I was back on the AT.

Greetings and Salutations to B&B! I have decided to keep my collection on the small side. Two razors, stands for each, a couple of brushes and a few creams. Hope I can stick to this.
I started out with nothing and I still have most of it left.
