From this particular store, the Amouage is plenty strong, so would project if one used a lot of it. Not sure beastly is the word I would use. It is above your price range, too.
I would not say beastly for the Lorenzo Villoresi Vetiver either, but I think you will find its strength quite satisfactory.
They do not seem to have Robert Piguet Bandit, except in a solid edt. I would have said that is the one that leaps off the page to me, if it were there. It is marketed as a woman's scent, but it seems plenty masculine to me and is famously a monster. At least the vintage was.
The Montales are edp strength and have lots of tenacity. Not sure I would have said a projection monster, but they will carry that is for sure. I assume that Montale is still way, way less expensive ordered direct from the Paris store. If I get what you mean by monster, maybe something like Aoud Cuir de Arabie. A profound lather.
