Default im runnin out of shave fund money lol

i have been buying stuff on ebay i dont need (like we all do) but i have been selling other razors i have (multiples) to buy more that i dont have. today i spent the last of my paypal money :(. i still have more razors to sell but as i havent sold them yet which doesnt help the fund for more razors lol. SWMBO thinks my paypal razor fund should also pay for the gas when i go to antique stores and estate sales and for the items i find there. (i think shes nuts) the way i see it, the paypal money is for ebay only. i havent told her that but thats the way i do it lol

I feel your pain, in more ways than one.........
I also do have RAD money that's confined to paypal and that's been out for a few days. I've been having RAD withdrawals but have been getting tickled by SBAD......
It's a waiting game and subconsciously I'm doing it to ease off. I have all the razors I ever wanted (for now) and needed but my Wee and Special need an uptown cousin to keep them company.

Mugs and scuttles are neat collectibles and the variety keeps it interesting.
Out of all the AD's what drains the most cash? I would say high quality brushes but I know we all have are niche in shaving.
Most of my cash (as most wet shavers) have gone to hardware.

+1 to brushes, can go crazy on vintage razors and still not spend more than the cost of one Silvertip brush...

The mugs are interesting, I've been thinking about picking up a bowl or something from Ross to have multiple bowls/choices, but the girlfriend won't give up the shelf space :(

90% of my money goes towards razors. i dont buy too many brushes. i only buy vintage ones i see at the antique stores if i like the handle. i have been meaning to give them new life with a new knot but i have yet to actually do it lol.

I don't want to think about the number of razors, brushes, creams, soaps. How do you turn off ebay? I've bought over 900 blades in the last month. I don't have enough shelf space for brushes in my limited shave den. I have probably 40 straights, and I almost shave exclusively with DEs. Hones, strops, where does it all end. If you count the DEs and SEs I have no idea how much I have spent in the last year on shaving. Glad I don't have to buy those expensive cartridges anymore.
I didn't surrender, they made my horse surrender though.

i just cleaned out my little den. Have three razors, two brushes, and two brands of creams/soaps. It's liberating.

No money shouldn't be an issue. If your a proper Badger&Blade member, you should have enough supplies to last until the stars burn out.

Naw, I think I will keep it open for a while. That is only one avenue to spend money anyway. I'd have to get rid of my internet access. That ain't gonna happen.

I had to look at what items I use, and enjoy using, and get rid of some of the extra stuff I did not really need/use. I cured my BAD by restoring an old brush, and its the one brush I use daily now ( TGN finest). The B/S/T can also be helpful, but we do live and die by the same sword as the saying goes.

I just ran into this problem. I just use gift cards and money from doing side work, paypal money from selling old stuff, etc. Actual paycheck money is too much a hassle when i spend it ($20 for another razor? Don't you have enough?). Glad i'm not the only one that gets a hard time about spending money on RAD.

Well if you have fair-condition (or better) straight razors let me know. I may have "too many" also but there are some that I am always in the market for.

I think I'm done with DEs now that I have my birth Fatboy
