Ironically, that give away was the very same month that the "official view" of Gold Dollars was pronounced and my subsequent banning. I don't think Lynn has said anything openly against the GDs that I know of.

I simply MUST go out and get myself a couple of good henchmen. I could let them do my dirty work and keep my own hands clean.

i personally make an EXCELLENT henchman.... i specialise in evil giggling and staring at people with no expression....

I can't pay very much, but I will cut you in on the profits the first time I hold the world for ransom or something. Also, even if my jokes don't make sense, you have to laugh at them. Dr. Evel's henchmen just get a puzzled look, sometimes. An awkward moment.

Our first sinister plot will probably revolve around that other forum, and Gold Dollar razors. Now repeat after me: "BWAAAAAhahahahaha! BWAAAAAAAAAhahahahahaha!"

they banned me for gold dollars and daring to disagree with one of the "master honemeisters" over there about murray carters honing methods..... what i need to do is go to one of their gatherings....

Update:

Early this morning, Paco took the crown as the Best Honemeister, but then in a surprise move at 2:37a.m. Doc honed up a razor so fine, it would have made a sushi chef weep with joy, thereby catapulting him to the zenith of Honemeistery.

Slash was lookng to overthrow the new upstart, but a breeze came up and blew his complete inventory of lapping films overboard on his boat...

That allowed me, at 8:05 this very morning to again become the best honemeister in the world.

i've met up with a couple of nice guys from SRP around 3 times in 2 years.. they have been very good to me at those meetings and i believe they know my participation at both forums...

IIRC I brought one of seraphims modified GDs to the first meeting, it was a very small meeting of 3 total and no chastizing at all. not even a hint of snickering...

I still have my big old 1k/6k combo stone that I kept for kitchen knives, and diamond-pasted balsa. Plus, I have ThorLabs on speed-dial. You may now say, "Drat!" or "Curses! Foiled again!" or some similar expression of dismay.

I'm going to get off my duff this weekend and hone up ALL SIX of my blades on the full progression......

.....my arm will look like Popeye's when I'm done and I won't be able to shave with my right hand for a week

Don't look now, but a school of my specially trained dolphins are even at this moment drilling 3/8" diameter holes in the hull of your boat. You're going to be too busy bailing to make any headway honing.
