Last week at Fat Camp AKA as Weight Watchers I hit a loss of 57 lbs. The loss has been slow and gradual, a span 16 months. Obviously, some weeks have been more productive than others but overall it has been a very good experience.

Doc told me today I can start cutting my BP pills in HALF! So that's a start! He was VERY impressed, I had lost exactly 40 pounds since I was last in the office in January. I'll get some labs done next week to see how the cholesterol readings are progressing..

That's the way to do it! Little likelihood of a bounce-back weight gain.
