if it was shipped to CAD and not a "buyer assumes all risk", i'd have probably grabbed it.

To be fair to the seller, he's offering insurance to cover the risk. He could have set his price higher to include the insurance as mandatory but is offering a cheaper option for those who don't feel the risk is significant enough to warrant it. I don't think there's anything wrong with that at all.

no, it's a USPS issue. with shipping from US to CAD, the price skyrockets with insurance, same as it does from CAD to US.

what i should have said was, if i was US, i'd have bought it, or if it was located in CAD, i'd had bought it.

great looking brush, great price. no issues at all with the seller

Everything has sold except for the black and white Ever-Ready 100T...it's a beauty, especially at that price (only used once)!
