Anything not green.
Anything not green.

Blacks first, Blues second. I'm still not totally sold on the Yellows or either of the Greens.

For my money, the Blue (Russian) and Black are exceptional. Yellows are definitely above average. The Greens really only perform well for me in one of the 50's SuperSpeeds, but in one of those they are just as good, if not a tad better, than the Yellows. I have yet to find the Blue (Czech) but have heard good things about them.

I have only tried the Yellows but they are one of my favorite blades

I will also go with the blacks. I have found the yellows to be unusable...never used more than one pass before ditching them (tried them 3 times with the same result).

I've tried the black, blue, yellow, green.
Blacks are definitely my choice of those 4 blades. They are second only to Feather for me.
Brian - I think it would be totally inappropriate for me to even contemplate what I am thinking about.
Blue SP for me in my R41 Grande, but still can't find the black online anywhere.......have bought 3 tester packs and so far not yet received a black :(
Black super platinum followed by green permasharp
I found the black ones on ebay, shipped from India. Search under "gillette super platinum". Will probably take quite a while to get here, but I have to give them a try based on the feedback here.
- Indian Blacks (Super Platinum)
- Indian Greens (PermaSharp Stainless). The Russian Greens were pretty useless for me.

Blues & Yellows
Tried the Russian Greens, have the yellows in line to try, haven't seen the black/blue.I thought the Russian Greens felt like they took all of their Russian blades and anything that was harsh and didn't pass QA got labeled "Green."

The yellows work very well in the Fatboy and 50's SS.
Only tried the Blue SP's so far and found it to be excellent! I've for greens to try but the black or yellow were not part of the sample pack I got
Czech Blues
I can see the blacks moving to the top, then yellows then blues.
Black & blue, in that order.
Cheers, Eric
Another vote for the Indian Black SP. Full disclosure, I cannot tell them from the Russian Blue SP's, though, so it would be a tossup. I just bulked up on the blacks.

I prefer the Gillette Sharp Edge (yellow) blades.
