    Default What's In Your Stack?

    Illadelphia has got a lot of people looking closely what they are swallowing these days in terms of supplements. Supplements can be a nightmare with all of the marketing hype and gimmicks and whatever X brand can boost your testosterone so you turn into some freak.

    So I'm curious what in your stack you are currently using?

    I like to change things up and try new things, luckily Illedelphia pointed toward another online vendor and placed a large order for some items I normally use and what new items I want to try.

    I stick to very basic items that work for me.

    Multivatamin- Controlled Lab's Orange Triad
    Whey-True Nutrition custom blend
    BCAA's-Evogen Cell KEM, Universal Atomic-7
    Recovery-Cell KEM and just ordered AI Sports Recover and Protocol to experiment with. Cell KEM is one of the best I've ever used but it is expensive.
    Fish Oil-Nordic Naturals
    Other supplements and Nutrients: AI Cycle Support, Liv52, Hawthorne Berry, Taurine, vitamin-C, B-12, T3, Clen, CJC-1295, GHRP-6, IGF1LR3, probiotics, post cycle treatment and on cycle treatment array of items.

    Looking over my current stash, I realize how much it has changed over time. Any time of the year, it could be different. Some things I have on hand are based on deals, some are staples. My current nutritional lifestyle has me getting a lot more from whole food sources than I ever have, as well. Organic eggs, and a lot of almonds and walnuts mean I've cut down on the fish oil some. More fresh veggies and fruits than ever in my life have me worrying about my micros a little less.

    Protein: Vitamin Shoppe's Bodytech Pro 24 - yeah, it's bargain, but last month was bogo 50% off, and the label is good, if it's legit. 15mg cholesterol should mean theyre using a lot more isolate over concentrate.

    Amino: Cytosport Monster Amino (getting low)

    Fat Burner: currently none, but I have ECY on hand. Only taken the ephedrine twice recently for Army PT tests as a bronchodilator. Most recent weight management was DCP. Also have some Eviscerate on hand, but that's only pre-beach stuff for me.

    Multi: one a day men's (ducks from Illadelphia), only a few left.

    PreWO: Currently iForce Maximize V2 and not a fan, but have only taken it a few times. Ordering Hemavol once I get paid to stack with it. Usual go to is Controlled Labs' White Flood. Also use bulk creatine mono and sometimes add bulk beta alanine if I dose the prewo lower at night or if I'm doing something like a big cardio day or legs. 60-90 mins prior is usually protein or amino with creatine.

    Post: protein and/or amino with higher GI fruit.

    Test Support: Epharm's Testforce 2; I don't know how much of an indicator sex drive is of elevated test levels, but if it is, this stuff is legit. Other than that, it gives a slight pump, and I also feel added aggression and confidence. I've tried the bulk DAA, and it is not even close to Pat Arnold's formulation. Stuff tastes great too, but it is pricey.

    Other: fish oil, probiotic, biotin, anti inflammatory, melatonin. I'll even throw in coffee, 90-100% dark chocolate, green tea, and red wine. Maybe more of enjoyment things, but I do consume them for health reasons as well.

    IGF1 doesn't count? Not being smarmy, just limited knowledge.

    IGF is "insulin like" but it is really long chain amino acids but nothing to do with insulin reactions. There are different types of IGF, some short or long chain. MGF is another similar peptide that I've used and really good results. I never cycle off IGF, probably the longest running thing I've used.

    It's a peptide. It won't kill you, which is it's biggest plus! .

    GHRP-6 is boss though.

    I've heard good things from Eviscerate for those last minute cuts. Just wash your hands, had a buddy who somehow got some in his mouth

    Have you tried ECA's?

    Peptides are fun. Binge, just really do some research or shoot me a questions if you look into them.

    GHRP-6 is great for bulking and getting some major calories in. Going to try Ipamorelin, similar but without the hunger gains.

    I never like the taste of the VS protein (it was rumored to be made by Optimum) but a deal is a deal no doubt. Nutrition looks good (love me some healthy fats). Fat burner's are always a luxury, but a cool run every now and again. DCP is good stuff, as Armando and the team @ Genomyx is doing work over there.

    A great non-hormonal stack is Activate Xtreme and Triazole. I love Pat's work, but Matt Cahill (who invented superdrol) with Designer Supplements, now Driven Sports has made leaps and bounds over the past few years. Activate Xtreme and Xfactor (acachidonic acid) is another beast of a nh stack

    I hear a lot of mixed reviews for Triazole for those who want to go natural. IMO though I think their estrogen levels were higher than normal and no test boosters were used which I'm sure killed their sex drive.

    superdrol was the bomb

    Never messed with superdrol, I opted for Havoc, and I liked it. I can still get my hands on some at a bargain from a local shop who know Pearson. I guess they warehoused a bunch of it preban. I'm sure they have Sdrol and others too, but my current goals and budget don't really constitute the need right now.

    All this talk has got me wanting to find my old log book.

    Genomyx's new topicals aren't supposed to burn that bad, but yeah, the original would not come off of your hands for anything. The worst, though, was having it on during cardio when the sweat starts rolling downhill. I think you can get the picture.

    ECA as in the ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin stack?

    Havoc is still around, similar to Epistane. Both real good but I've only use Epi

    yeah, I can imagine. Almost like using the bathroom AFTER applying TigerBalm.

    ECA is pretty intense but so is an ECY.

    I actually just grabbed 8 bars of java lather and 2 Renegade the other day. Matt is good people but he would have so much more success if he just focused more on things. He will have 3 separate ideas for three different things and try to do them all at once instead of taking time to develop each. My old boss (owner of Xtreme Formulations) and Matt are very tight.

    I use ECA and throw in the yohimbine, I think it's called the NYC Stack. Less and less people use the aspirin, but I do. I will probably just use up what yohimbine hcl I have left during my next run, and stay with the ECA from that point on.

    I can't handle the ECA, I crash bad and can't stop yawning. Never tried yohimbine before though.
