Yep, I mixed mine with grape juice, as did many. Wonder why the bloat?

The creatine mixed with juice idea has been debunked

Many times the bloat will come from taking in too much. A few recent studies have showed that an ingestion of 2.5-3g is all that is needed for saturation

2-3g is more recent too. I still stick to 5g of monohydrate.

Loading has also been someone debunked but people just not loading and still working. I never load.

Cycling it use to be another recommendation but there is no proof that it really has any drawbacks. I still cycle it.

Mostly it is going to come down to what works for you. That's the best thing about creatine is that is there is a lot of research on it.

The time of day you take it has changed too. Before it was after workouts but it can be taken at any time.

Never used it with juice. Usually just throw it in my smoothie at some point in the day.

Years back it was mostly due to the servings imo. If you wanted more creatine you would also be raising the serving size of everything else like sugar in the drinks it came with.

I like Pro Complex. I"m not picky about whey at all; if it tastes good, looks clean and not full of too much fat (even that is overlooked) I'll take it. In all reality if I was taking Syntha 6 or Gold Standard or any other whey I would still be hitting 60g of protein with 2-3 scoops totaling the equivalent of the calories that Pro Complex would give.

No difference than taking other supplements IMO other than AAS or HGH which everyone should stay away from.

The only hard part is to not think of yourself as a junkie but as a diabetic There is a A LOT of research one should do though because peptides are timing critical and slow performing but they do perform and it is not like popping a pill.

Great stuff again, Mark. Soon i'll be walking around my house in a white lab coat and signing Ph.D at the end of my name Thanks to this thread i've been going over my labels on my Sups and i've found out i've been over doing it on Creatine (3g comes in MP's Assault so i only need to add one scoop instead of two to make the 5g i usually take) and Beta Alanine.

A peptide is just a form of a short amino acid bond, kind of like really small proteins.

Yes. Depending on which peptide. Remember a peptide is only the research chemical so it can be just about anything until it is lyophilized. MGF and IGF are in basics just a way to repair itself which is the reason it is pinned at the muscle sight worked out.

The GH type peptides increase the secretion of the hormone ghrelin. The different typs of GH peptides just varies in efficiencies.

    Above.
LOL Been doing some homework this past week.
As I've said earlier, my budget is down and my goals are geared towards trimming my size a little. That and I've never pinned before. I think the wife would kill me if I did. I've skirted the research chemicals questions from her before, which was kind of funny now that I think about it. Brewing and applying topicals got enough strange looks from her and some of the guys overseas. I used a coffee maker to brew up a formestane topical once, which got some nosy inquiries.

I'm down 20#'s of mainly adipose. My goal is to walk around lean in the 230's rather than the 250's. I'm at a stall right now of 244, but last week was more of a recovery after 3 hard days in the field topped off with a pt test afterwards. Just thought it'd be easier on my back and hips, and trying to run 2 miles for time at that weight takes a hell of a lot. I don't know how Cedric McMillan does it. I had him as an instructor for a few weeks and stay in touch with him now and then. The guy is a freak. He's in near-competition shape year round, and one of the most awesome guys I've ever met.

Oh yeah, the point I started to make was that even though I may never use any of this stuff, I love learning about it. It's just interesting to me.

Like I mentioned, it's the perception you give yourself and others have when it comes to pinning. Same perception some people have against others with tattoos and piercings and steriods. IMO peptides is safer than popping test boosters, estrogen reducers and definitely thermogenics.

I know a lot of people who keep their use of peptides and gear from their loved ones and I tell them that is the worst thing they can do. It is selfish and disrespectful. I salute you for respecting her possible reaction. If anything just talk it over and be honest and educate and get beyond the persona she may have.

    New stuff added and removed.

Removed: Evogen EVP and Cell Kem. I love the stuff but man it is was killing the bank and simplifying my stack meant cutting out expensive items that could be replaced.

Also cut out GHRP-6 and IGF for a few months

Added: Protocol by recommendation from Illdelphia as a replacement for Cell Kem and man I really enjoy it. Pretty much the same routine; first thing upon awakening and post workout.

Added HGH back in the mix.

Also trying Hemavol as a pre workout to replace EVP as a non stim and also a worthy replacement. Going to try making my own preworkout drink after I'm done with it.

Same here. Mine came in on Thursday and I've been out of town so tonight is my first go at it. Also been considering making my own mix for a while now so i can adjust the stim and pump products as needed. Been finding more and more that leg days and cardio days are no bueno with a big pump going. Beta alanine, though, is a lifesaver.

Leg days re the only time I'll want to take a stim just to get my butt to the gym because I know I'm going to be hating life for the next few days
