And, I might add, if that is in fact a Red Tip, then $5 was an excellent price!
It's definitely not a red tip. The knurling on the red tip is completely unique among Gillettes. It's actually a Gillette Super Speed. Judging by how low the groove sits above the twist-open knob, it's from the 1960's.
