Beautiful! That M&F has me droolin!![]()
I had to ban myself from B&B while at work... (unless on break or lunch, of course!)
Nice! Look how much different the Semogue 2011 LE looks from above. Noticebly finer bristles. Does it feel that much different in use?
I had no idea M&F made a boar. Thanks for posting that. That Omega is an excellent brush, as well.

The more, the merrier! I noticed that boar brushes don't get a lot of attention. Boar brushes are an excellent value for the price. I got the Omega for $12.
I didn't know either until very recently. I purchased it from Michael (poonjaji).
to me they are very comparable in feel and performance. if i had to pick one, it would be the LE2, just for the handle.
SOC:
overall height: 115.84
knot diameter: 25.82
handle height: 60.16
knot loft: 55.68 (deducting overall from handle)
LE2:
overall height: 110.04
knot diameter: 27.73
handle height: 52.16
knot loft: 57.88
LE2 on LEFT, SOC on RIGHT.

Thanks. This photo was taken when 1305 and LE2 were completely broken in. The rest (830, 1800, 1250, 31064) had about 5 dry/wet cycles and were starting making some decent lather. I want to use the opportunity to give well deserved praise to the Omega. It's really soft and lucturious, and complements the Semogues well.
