Bent Kitchen Knives. Any Easy Fixes?
We have a pretty decent block of knives we've used for many years. It's a Henckels set. We've been pretty good to them, no dishwasher, done my best to keep them sharp.
But a few of the often used steak knives have become bent a bit at the tips and/or the whole blade about an inch from the tip. Stuff happens but I wish I knew how this happened exactly. Anyway...
Is there any "easy" way to fix this problem? They still function as the bends are slight, but it bothers me. I'm no good with traditional stone sharpening, so thats kinda out. What can I do?
Thanks guys!
