Does anyone make a shaving cream with the scent of Nag Champa incense? If not, does anybody else think one of Badger and Blade's intrepid vendors should give it a go?
Absolutely! That would be awesome!
No way! That would make me smell like a hippie.
Someone already does/tried it.

Just a traveling cat in a tall black hat riding a goat. Nothing to see here.
Not for me, thanks, but if you really want to try that, contact Matthew at QCS about a bespoke batch.

It really is all James' fault.
(Okay, maybe Owen had something to do with it as well.)
There's at least one soap around but not sure about a cream
I would have to replace my soaps and use this one religiously

The question came up again on another forum. You could always get some unscented cream and mix in a few drops of the Nag Champa perfume oil.
Been searching. Found some on eBay and etsy, but couldn't drop the ball. I saw Mama Bear
had the candle but no soap.
Assuming it wasn't too strongly scented, that would be divine. I hate the new (post -2006) Sai Baba version of Nag Champa incense but the fragrance oil is still amazing.
For sure...totally dude?
Way radical
Peace...........
Seriously, no way I'd get near it.
"Here in this darkness, I know what I've done..I know all at once who I am"
I'd try it once, sure.
Prairie Creations makes a Nag Champa shaving soap, but it's not a cream. I have a tub of it and like the way it smells. It doesn't smell like any Nag Champa I've ever burned but incorporating the scent into the soap does that to the smell. Matt at QCS has had that problem with some of the bespoke creams and soaps he's made. But I don't see why a Nag Champa shaving cream can't be made.

Might get some Real Shaving Co cream from Home Bargains for 99p and mix in some fragrance oil and see what it's like.
Here is a soap, my guess is it's pretty strong scented:

Someone posted a review about that brand recently and came to the conclusion that it was a nice hand soap...........
I wouldn't make me smell like a hippe, but I guarantee having it on my face would make me vomit nonstop.

I have seen some poor reviews for it here, mainly based on the fragrance strength being harsh on your skin. It is pretty strong stuff and I can see where you wouldn't be crazy about it if you had sensitive skin.
That aside, I get a great, slick lather off of it. I don't use it a lot, there are other products I like better, but I have no complaints about the performance.

Would certainly remind me of some college days.

I never knew I could be so repulsed by a mere scent until my sister-in-law gave us a pump bottle of Nag Champa soap. Nauseating. Ugh. I hid it deep under the sink.

Some wonder when I mention I'm 2/3 straight and 1/3 DE!
(Not that there's anything WRONG with that!)
OK so here goes, I got the 99p Real Shaving company cream and my good lady's younger sister is going to provide some Nag Champa perfume oil as she uses it for her yoga and alternative quack therapy stuff.
Will I be repulsed by it? Will it make me smell like a hippy? Will it be nice and exotic?
On an aside note, the label on the Real Shaving Company tube says since 1953, however the range was only launched in about 2004!! Was it around before then or is it just brand fakery?
Very much a side note, but according to http://www.companies-uk.co.uk/creightons-plc-01227964 Creightons PLC was registered in 1975. They own the RSC brand and manufacture the products. I thought it might have been a small business that Creightons acquired for its name. But according to http://www.trademarkuk.info/tm/23183...having_company the UK trademark was only registered in 2002, and I cannot find any evidence of the brand before then. So I would be interested in hearing more about the source of that 1953 date.
