    Default Another convert

    I recently got involved with DE shaving because I just got tired of the crappy performance of disposables. (Can I say that word here?)

    I remembered my first shave with my father's Gillette adjustable and thought just maybe that might be the way for me to go. I picked up a cheap TTO at a local store to get my feet wet and hoped I wouldn't resemble something at the deli counter...
    It's really not that big a deal. So I'm in and soon I think I'll gravitate towards a better razor and blades.



    Of course dad's Gillette is long gone....

    Welcome to badger and blade, A cheap razor is a great way to get started, if you have not done so already I would suggest watching mantic59's videos, they helped me out a lot.

    My conversion from carts to DE was similar to your own. Not a big deal in the transition, reduced skin irritation, and a bunch of money that I was spending on carts suddenly freed up for other shaving related purchases...
