    Default Pipe and sandalwood

I saw in another thread ( lost it) about a ceam that smelled like sandalwood and another that smelled like pipe tobacco and cedar.

    2 questions
where could I find samples of each?
I guess you would not use an aftershave beacuse you would loose that smell right???

    Thanks in advance

You need to provide more info I'm afraid. This is 2 different creams? Do you remember anything about the names?

The scent of most creams and soaps does not linger too much after the shave. But there are also plenty of unscented aftershave options, the most common being witch hazel.

Sandalwood is certainly a popular scent for soaps & creams. Pipe tobacco less so, but there are at least a couple out there. The scents of most soaps and creams is usually enjoyed while lathering and shaving, but generally does not linger too much longer after that. Many guys try to find complementary combinations of cream and AS, and there is certainly no shortage of sandalwood scented AS products.

It really is all James' fault.

(Okay, maybe Owen had something to do with it as well.

Maybe you meant pine? TOBS has an excellent sandalwood cream as does T&H. Opinions vary as to which is the better scent but they both offer an excellent experience.
