I got 50ml for about $65. It's worth it at that price

I love it. Its one cologne that almost every single woman I have come across stops and asks me what I am wearing. It is worth the price of admission in my opinion.

After you have sampled it (highly recommend sampling over buying blind) if you decide that you like it, when basenotes gets back up and running get in on a "split". It will take a bit longer but the price will be worth it.

I agree with Isaac, it can be a real compliment getter. Great fragrance.

I agree, but only if you actually like it. Blind buys are never worth the risk. Aventus is fairly easy to find a decant of. Try Crystal Flacon or Scent Splits.

I've tried it once on Sunday but I sprayed it behind my ears shouldn't of done that cause I couldn't smell it. Went to see my wife she was shopping for clothes I asked her opinion and she said it smelled like a pickle dried down in a sun. Does anybody here thinks it smell like a pickle ?

I sampled some at Nordstroms. Thought it was great as far as a Western fragrance goes. Will be looking for a split to purchase 50ml, but cant justify buying whole bottle due to oud oils hunting me hard.

My brother purchased a bottle for himself. Unlike most of Creed's scents, this one actually lasts. I am not a fan of the scent, though.

Haha.....If you really want to find out, ask her how she knows what a pickle in the sun smells like.

I got fed up with all the batch variations so I got in on a split. Received one with a strong pineapple note, and not too smokey. I am very happy!

Can someone please explain to me why Creed batches vary but not designer scents? I do not get why some Aventus batches would be heavy on the smoke while others are not.

Varies just like wine varies from batch to batch. Happens when you use natural ingredients!

Got it! I was not aware Creed uses natural ingredients. Definitely easy to get something to smell the same every time when you use chemicals.
