I'm not sure if either is the correct choice, but was thinking the Tung oil would be the easiest, but that the CA would be more durable. Paduak is tough enough to handle many years of daily shaving with just a good oiling. Tung oil is fine, so is linseed or a branded oil like Danish oil.
CA might be more durable, but it takes away from the feel of the wood, by putting a layer of acrylic over the wood (CA is basically dissolved acrylic)
And in the long run, we don't really know how a CA finish will behave.
